Third Party Monitoring (TPM)

We provide independent Third-Party Monitoring services to our partners, including national and international NGOs, donors, and UN agencies to support accountability, transparency, and performance assurance in humanitarian and development programs. Our TPM approach verifies project implementation, outputs, and outcomes through field monitoring, remote data collection, beneficiary verification, and document reviews. We generate objective, evidencebased findings that help donors and implementers assess progress, manage risks, ensure compliance, and make timely, informed decisions—especially in hard-to-reach and high-risk contexts. Our support includes routine monitoring, indicator tracking, field visits, remote monitoring, and performance reviews, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Data Quality Assessments and Management (DQAM)
