About Us
Tindiit Institute of Monitoring & Evaluation is the flagship professional arm of Tindiit Investment Ltd. We are a multi-sectoral consulting and capacity-strengthening institution based in Juba, South Sudan, providing transformative capacity building and high quality Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) services to both local and international Governments, Non-Government Organizations, private sector entities and Civil Society Organizations that work in WASH, FSL, education, gender, empowerment, economic development, environment and protection.
Our firm was motivated by evidence of prevailing vast and complex technical needs among institutions, organizations and agencies. To meet this demand, we have a staff complement that blends young graduates with experienced professionals and consultants, and with these skills, we provide quality consultancy services.

Our Strengths and Capacity
We possess state-of-the-art facilities, tools, and equipment for data collection and management, including ODK, SurveyCTO, and CommCare.
We have strong proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Nvivo and PowerBi enabling rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis and high-quality reporting.
We maintain a fleet of over 50 4G-enabled Tecno tablets, supporting rapid and reliable data collection. This significantly reduces the time between data collection, analysis, and report drafting.
We combine solid technical capacity with deep contextual understanding to deliver high-quality, practical, and context-appropriate training services.
Our work is grounded in robust methodologies, including mixed methods approaches and strong data quality assurance processes.
